Do you already have an OPEN, TOP, PLATINUM or INFINITE package with us? Excellent!

The Second Medical Opinion service is automatically available to you. Just register and activate it according to the instructions you received by email. If you did not receive such an e-mail, contact us via our Infoline on +421 2 6920 2090, where we will be happy to help you with registration.
 

Don't have your service package with us yet? OPEN or TOP? Set it up!

How to do it:

  1. Take advantage of the option of creating your new account online - just click HERE. For this, you will need a mobile phone and 2 documents of identity - an ID card and, for example, a driver's license or passport. Or stop by any of our branches where we will open an account with you personally.
  2. We will make the Second Medical Opinion service available to you within 7 working days of opening an account.

Are you interested in higher PLATINUM or INFINITE packages? Contact us via our Infoline on +421 2 6920 2090 and we will arrange an appointment together.


Are you already our client, but do not have an OPEN, TOP, PLATINUM or INFINITE service package? That is not a problem!

If you are an existing client with a different account type, you can easily change it and start enjoying all the benefits of the new account type, including the Second Medical Opinion service.

How to do it:

  1. Visit one of our branches.
  2. Request a change of account type to an OPEN, TOP, PLATINUM or INFINITE service package.
  3. We will make the Second Medical Opinion service available to you within 7 working days of the change of account type.

How many times can I use the service?

You can use the Second medical opinion service up to 3 times a year.

In what language is communication with the doctor conducted?

All communication happens in the language of your choice, including consultations and resulting reports. Therefore, you do not need to be afraid to contact foreign specialists, all necessary translations are part of the service.

How long will it take for me to receive an opinion on my case?

Within 7 working days from the date you provide the final documentation and description of the request.

Where can I find my first login code?

We have sent it to your email. If you did not receive such an e-mail, contact us via our Infoline on +421 2 6920 2090, where we will be happy to help you.

Can I transfer the use of the service to someone else (spouse, children, etc.)?

Unfortunately, no. The Second Medical Opinion service is only available to the specific holder of the OPEN/TOP/PLATINUM or INFINITE account.
