We have enhanced the Business Smart Banking app with a modern new design and several new features.
All the existing features you're accustomed to will remain in the app.
What new features can you expect?
- Logging in and making payments are now much faster
- The ability to make SEPA and Foreign Payments
- Enhanced account details and the ability to name your account
- Option to view your card PIN, activate the card or temporarily block it
- To Signature folder, where you can sign selected or all pending payments
- A Documents section, where you can find account statements and other documents
The new version of the app will be available on Google Play and App Store starting April 24, 2024
What you need to know about your first login into the new version
- Have your PIN ready - You will need to know your PIN the first time you log in to the new Business Smart Banking app and/or Smart Key. We recommend trying this login method as soon as possible.
Forgot your PIN? No problem. Call our Infoline for assistance after we verifying your communication password with the Bank.
Don't remember your bank password, or haven’t set one? Contact your banker directly for assistance in setting it up. - The new Smart Key will also feature a new Security Flag - The first time you log in with the Smart Key in the new version of the app, a new Security Flag will be generated for you to remember.
- Is any action required, or is it automatic? - The new Business Smart Banking app does not require reactivation. It will be automatically updated in the background, or you can manually update it via Google Play or the App Store.
- When should I switch to the new app? - You can continue using the original Business Smart Banking app for a limited time. However, we recommend updating to the new version as soon as possible, as the original app will no longer be activatable once blocked. Only the new version of the app will be activatable from April 24, 2024.
