If the payment transaction with conversion exceeds the limit set forth in the Business Terms and Conditions for payment services, the Bank may use for the conversion a conversion rate other than the rate published in the exchange list in accordance with the actual market situation. For purchase or sale made via SEPA Instant Payment, the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment shall be used, which may differ by 1% from the above exchange rate.

Purchase or sale of foreign currency in RUB is the subject to an individual exchange rate based on the current situation on the interbank market.

The Bank may, temporarily or permanently, restrict cash conversion transactions with some currencies or lay down special conditions for conversion transactions.

We are temporarily limiting cash operations in DKK, NOK and SEK. Only non-cash payments can be made in DKK, NOK and SEK.
