We are the only bank in Slovakia that provides its clients with the FLPG guarantee.
Financing of the guarantee is provided within the framework of benefits from support from the Integrated Infrastructure operational program, which is co-financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds.
The FLPG guarantee allows for easier access to financing due to the lower need for collateral and at the same time allows clients to obtain a lower interest rate.
The FLPG guarantee allows financing of investments that have already started, provided that they have not yet been completed at the time the loan application is submitted.
Authorized applicant for a bank guarantee:
- small and medium-sized enterprises with a turnover of max. 50 million EUR or assets of max. 43 million EUR and the number of employees is less than 250 (the entire economic group of the client is counted)
- with headquarters and operations in the territory of Slovakia, except for the Bratislava region / an exception is a company that has its headquarters in Bratislava, but implements operations/projects outside the Bratislava region
- start-ups and developing businesses
Loan parameters:
- operating or investment loan
- loan maturity from 12 to 120 months for an investment loan, from 12 months for an operating loan from the signing of the loan agreement with the possibility of extension
- the amount of the loan in EUR can be a maximum of 1 mil. EUR
- the amount of the guarantee is up to 70% of the amount owed
Program for loans to small and medium enterprises through the EIF guarantee

As part of the InnovFin/ HORIZON 2020 initiative, the European Investment Fund (EIF) provides a guarantee of 50% of the loan amount for loans for entrepreneurs who are innovative or want to invest in digitization. Thanks to the EIF guarantee, the client gets not only loan security, but also a lower interest rate. |
Validity of the program for new loans until 12/31/2022.
Authorized applicant for a bank guarantee:
- small and medium-sized enterprises with a turnover of max. 50 million EUR or assets of max. 43 million EUR and the number of employees is less than 500 (the entire economic group of the client is counted)
- a small, medium or large company with the number of employees between 500 and 3000
- with its headquarters and operations in the territory of Slovakia
Loan parameters:
- operational or investment loan
- loan with an innovative nature of the investment, or with an investment in digitization,
- the amount of guarantee is from 50% of the amount owed for investment loans and for operational loans, the
- amount of the loan in EUR can be from EUR 25,000 to a maximum of EUR 7.5 million.
- loan maturity from 12 to 120 months for an investment loan and 12 months for an operating loan from the signing of the loan agreement with the possibility of extension
SME Loan Guarantee Programme - EIF

The European Investment Fund (EIF) provides a guarantee of 50% of the amount of the loan for entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises whose subject financing and investment are innovation, digitalization, culture, creative sector or sustainability. With the support of the EIF guarantee, the client not only receives loan security, but also a lower interest rate. |
The programme is valid until 12 April 2025
Eligible bank guarantee applicant:
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (up to 250 employees) with a turnover of max. EUR 50 million or assets max. EUR 43 million (the entire economic client group)
- larger enterprises with up to 499 employees (counting entire economic group of the client)
- with its registered office and operations in the Czech Republic
Loan parameters:
- operating or investment loan
- refinancing of the client's existing liabilities (max. up to up to 10% of the principal amount of the loan)
- the undertaking or loan must meet the criteria of innovation; or digitalisation or culture or creative sector or sustainability
- a guarantee of up to 50% of the amount owed for investment loans and for operating loans
- the maximum loan amount in EUR may be EUR 7,5 million
- loan maturity from 12 to 120 months for investment loans and 12 months for an operating loan from the signing of the loan agreement with the possibility of extendable
The SIH Anti-Crisis Guarantee Program 1

New guarantee program provided by Slovak Investment Holding, a. s. (SIH) with an optionto acquire interest subsidy for the support of micro, small and medium companies in order to mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and the related preventive measures having consequences for the business operation.
Program is valid until 30/09/2023
Authorised applicant for the bank guarantee:
- Micro, small and medium company with max. turnover of MEUR 50 or max assets of MEUR 43 and number of employees less than 250 (the client’s whole economic group is included)
- with registered office and operation in the territory of Slovakia
Loan parameters:
- Operating or investment loan
- The maximum loan amount in EUR can be MEUR 1.18
- Maturity of the loan 12 – 48 months from the signature of the loan agreement
- Guarantee amount up to 80%
- Deferral of repayment of the principal and interests for 12 months
- Preferential interest rate by as much as 4 % p.a. Thanks to the interest subsidy
- Processing, loan increase and early repayment free of charge

- of up to EUR 4,000 in addition, even without a tax return.

- up to 15% of your annual turnover (up to a maximum amount of EUR 100,000)
- an interest rate from 6.9% p. a.
We have a special offer especially for farmers.
- Here we can offer you up to EUR 300,000 with an interest rate starting at 5.9% p. a.
