We have experienced delays in the delivery of some cards. The new cards, which replace cards expiring on 30 September, are on their way to you and will be in your mailbox no later than 2 October.

The original cards are valid up to and including 30 September and can be used for payments and cash withdrawals without restrictions.

Once you receive your new card, you can easily activate it in the Smart Banking app, at an ATM, or by making a card purchase in a shop. The PIN remains the same. If you pay by smartphone, see our website on how to add a new card to your wallet. We have prepared instructions for Apple Pay and Google Pay.
