After successfully implementing the service you can use UniCredit Bank SoftPOS with your mobile device for payments with Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron payment cards. UniCredit Bank SoftPOS also accepts electronic food and benefit cards – Benefit Plus, E-food card, Gusto Karta, Ticket restaurant.

Downloading the app in Google Play is free and all updates are provided for free as well. You only pay a monthly fee for the application and a commission from the amount of the transaction, the amount of which is according to your currently signed contract on the acceptance of payment cards.

The UniCredit Bank SoftPOS application accepts VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro cards and meal and benefit cards - Benefit Plus, eStravenka, Gusto Karta, Ticket restaurant. For meal and benefit cards, you must have a contract with the operator of the given meal tickets signed on the acceptance of meal cards.

The NFC (card reader) area can be in a different place in each mobile device. Try attaching the card to different places on the back of the mobile device, or remove the device from its packaging.

The receipt from the terminal does not serve as a tax document - it is a terminal receipt.

Receipts are electronic and are sent via e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook and other communication platforms (the method of sending is chosen by the cardholder during the purchase itself). They can then save the receipt or print it on their printer.

To enable the use of the UniCredit Bank SoftPOS application on a new phone (same SIM, same Terminal ID), enter a request in the web form. You will receive information by email as soon as the activation of the terminal is enabled.

Yes, the UniCredit Bank SoftPOS application allows you to change the language of the application in the "Account" and "Change language" menus. Here you select the desired language from the menu.
